Study Japanese and Keep Up with English
Want to study Japanese while keeping up with English? Manana Japanese lets you view vocabulary, kanji, grammar, and reading content in both Korean and English.
I once happened to see the Japanese study materials of a foreign coworker.
Japanese vocabulary and grammar were explained in English. Since I had always studied Japanese through Korean, seeing the same content in English felt a little different. It felt like looking at it from a new angle, and honestly, it was kind of motivating too.
“What if I could study Japanese while also seeing the English explanations?”
In Korea, a lot of people study English.
Some people want to learn Japanese, but they also want to keep improving their English.
In reality, that usually means setting aside separate time for both.
But if English expressions could appear naturally inside Japanese study time, that felt like a pretty good way to study.
That is why Manana Japanese lets you view Korean and English together, depending on your study language settings.
How Do You Use It?

Just change the study language in Settings.
On vocabulary, kanji, and grammar cards, Korean appears first, and English follows below in smaller text.
If you already know a word, just move on.
For words that make you pause, check the English once more.
If you want to look deeper, open the detail view.
You can see meanings, example sentences, and conjugation forms side by side in both languages.
Reading content also shows Korean and English below the Japanese sentence.

If you want to make time for Japanese while keeping up with English too, try changing the study language to English or turning on Korean and English together.
